Hunter Young
Hunter Young was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He completed his undergraduate education at Boise State University, earning a degree in Political Science in 2019. He began law school at the University of Oregon before transferring to Arizona State University, from which he received his law degree in 2022.
After law school, Hunter joined a regional insurance defense firm, based in Phoenix, where he developed a practice focused on trucking and transportation cases. During the course of his practice, Hunter gained invaluable experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Hunter returned to Idaho in August 2026 and joined SG+A. His practice is currently focused on all aspect of insurance defense litigation, with a focus on the defense of transportation and personal injury matters.
In his free time, Hunter enjoys spending time with his family, his dog Leo, and cheering for the Boise State Broncos.
